End User Licence Agreement
Last updated: 28 July 2026
This End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) applies to mobile and web applications published by Eightyfour (such as Hüff), except where an application ships with its own licence terms, in which case those take precedence.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the application for your own use, on devices you own or control, subject to the rules of the store you obtained it from.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease the application or any part of it, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code, except where the law permits this despite these terms.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions made inside an application are processed by the relevant app store (for example the Apple App Store or Google Play) and are also governed by that store's terms, including its rules on billing, renewal and refunds.
Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue features of an application at any time. Updates may be required for continued use.
Your data
Data handling for our applications is described in the privacy policy that accompanies each application.
Termination
This licence ends if you breach these terms. You can end it at any time by deleting the application.
No warranties; liability
Applications are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Eightyfour is not liable for loss arising from their use. Nothing in this EULA excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our applications are not a substitute for professional or medical advice.
Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
